Any malfunctioning products will be replaced free of charge.

Refunds are allowed only if requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product as per current regulations. Return costs are charged to the customer.

The Htlapp Monthly service can be suspended or canceled without reimbursement or costs.

The monthly fees used are NOT refundable due to product customization.
